Post-design operating system // smart sites
Pick up where the drawing set leaves off.
SmartSiteOps opens your building's IFC model in the browser and turns it into DAS schematics, rack elevations, pinned floorplans, title-blocked sheets, and a ROM estimate — without your files ever leaving the machine.

Sheet index
Seven modules, one project file
Every view works from the same in-memory model, so equipment placed on the schematic shows up on the floorplan, in the racks, and in the estimate.
- SS-100
Dashboard
Project status at a glance: equipment counts, connections, and completeness as you work.
- SS-101
DAS schematic editor
Draw and edit the distributed antenna system topology — equipment and connections imported straight from the IFC model or placed by hand.
- SS-201
3D IFC floor viewer
Walk the parsed building model floor by floor in the browser, walls and equipment included.
- SS-301
Rack elevations
Stack head-end and IDF equipment into rack layouts that stay in sync with the schematic.
- SS-401
Floorplan pinning
Pin devices onto floorplans so install crews see exactly where each unit lands.
- SS-501
Equipment library & title blocks
A reusable equipment catalog, plus title-blocked sheet framing for issue-ready output.
- SS-601
ROM estimator
A rough-order-of-magnitude cost estimate built from the same project data, embedded as its own page.
Workflow
From handoff to install-ready in four steps
- 01
Open the model
Load an IFC file, reopen a saved .ssp project, or start from a blank sheet.
- 02
Review what was parsed
Equipment, connections, and walls are extracted in the browser and laid out for inspection.
- 03
Document the install
Work the schematic, rack elevations, floorplan pins, markup, and title blocks until the package is issue-ready.
- 04
Estimate and save
Generate the ROM estimate, save the project as a portable .ssp file, or export IFC back out.
Data handling
Your model never leaves the browser
SmartSiteOps is a fully client-side tool. There is no upload step, no processing queue, and no copy of your building data on anyone's server.
- Parsed locally
- IFC files are read with the browser's own file APIs and parsed in memory, on your machine.
- No uploads
- The app makes no network calls with your project data — pull the network cable and it still works.
- Portable saves
- Projects save to a .ssp file you keep. Reopen it anywhere; nothing is locked to an account.
